DAY 1: ARRIVAL – OVERNIGHT IN NAZARETH
* Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, where you'll be greeted and assisted.
* Transfer to Nazareth for check-in and rest to prepare for the pilgrimage ahead.
DAY 2: MT. CARMEL – CAESAREA MARITIMA – NAZARETH – CANA
* Visit Mount Carmel, a site rich in Biblical history and the location of Elijah’s confrontation with the prophets of Baal.
* Explore Caesarea National Park: Walk among ancient Roman ruins the theater, and Herod’s port city by the sea.
* Return to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation, where the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary.
* Continue to Cana of Galilee, the site of Jesus’ first miracle, and renew marriage vows at the Wedding Church if desired.
* Overnight in Nazareth.
DAY 3: GALILEE VISIT - HOTEL IN JERUSALEM
* Begin at the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus preached the Sermon on the Mount.
* Visit Tabgha, known for the Miracle of the Loaves and Fish, and Capernaum, Jesus' home base for His ministry.
* Enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, reflecting on Jesus' calming of the storm.
* Ascend Mount Tabor, the traditional site of the Transfiguration offering panoramic views and deep spiritual significance.
* Overnight in Jerusalem.
DAY 4: JERICHO – CABLE CAR RIDE – DEAD SEA EXPERIENCE
* Visit Jericho, the oldest city on earth, and take a cable car to view the Mount of Temptation.
* Continue to the Dead Sea, where you can float in the unique mineral-rich waters, a rejuvenating experience.
* Return to Jerusalem for an overnight stay.
DAY 5: PALM SUNDAY
THE STEPS OF JESUS IN JERUSALEM (MOUNT OF OLIVES & OLD CITY)
* Palm Sunday Procession on the Mount of Olives: Begin with the procession commemorating Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem.
* Walk the Palm Sunday Road while remembering the crowds who welcomed Jesus with palm branches and praises.
* Visit Dominus Flevit ("The Lord Wept"), where Jesus mourned over Jerusalem's future.
* Descend to the Garden of Gethsemane, a place of deep prayer and reflection, where Jesus prayed before His arrest.
* At the Church of All Nations, meditate on the agony of Jesus and the events that unfolded here on the night of His betrayal.
Entering the Old City:
* Begin at St. Stephen’s Gate (Lion’s Gate), retracing the traditional route of Jesus’ journey to Golgotha. This is the starting point of the Via Dolorosa (Way of the Cross).
* Pools of Bethesda: Visit the site where Jesus healed the paralytic man, with nearby St. Anne’s Church, celebrated for its
acoustics and connection to Mary’s birthplace.
The Way of the Cross (Via Dolorosa):
* Follow the Stations of the Cross along the narrow streets of the Old City, stopping at each station for prayer and reflection.
* Walk where Jesus carried the cross, visiting key points such as:
Station III: Jesus falls for the first time.
Station IV: Jesus meets His mother, Mary.
Station V: Simon of Cyrene helps Jesus carry the cross.
Station VI: Veronica wipes Jesus' face.
Station VII: Jesus falls a second time.
Station VIII: Jesus consoles the women of Jerusalem.
Station IX: Jesus falls a third time.
Church of the Holy Sepulchre: Conclude the journey at this sacred site, traditionally believed to be the location of Golgotha (Calvary), where Jesus was crucified. Inside, visit:
* The Stone of Anointing, where Jesus' body was prepared for burial.
* The Aedicule, marking the Tomb of Christ, where His resurrection took place.
* Spend time in quiet reflection, honoring the sacrifice and the profound significance of the Resurrection.
The Western Wall: End the day with a visit to the Western Wall, a sacred place of prayer and reflection near the Temple Mount. Join in the prayers and experience the reverent atmosphere.
* Overnight in Jerusalem: Return to your hotel to rest and prepare for the next day’s explorations.
DAY 6: JERUSALEM (MOUNT ZION & OLD CITY)
* Begin on Mount Zion with visits to the Church of Dormition Abbey (traditional site of Mary’s assumption), Upper Room (site of the Last Supper), and Tomb of King David.
* Continue in the Old City with visits to sacred sites, such as St. Peter in Gallicantu, where Peter denied Jesus, and the Western Wall a place of deep prayer.
* Overnight in Jerusalem.
DAY 7: BETHLEHEM – CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY – EIN KAREM
* Journey to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus. Reflect and sing carols at St. Catherine’s Church.
* Visit Ein Karem, the birthplace of John the Baptist, and the Church of the Visitation, where Mary visited Elizabeth.
* Return for your final overnight stay.
DAY 8: DEPARTURE
